Refund and return policy (distance selling)
Our policy lasts 14 days. The buyer has a 14-day exchange and returns right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and sellable products. The return period starts from the day the buyer has received the order and the buyer is obliged to present, upon request, a receipt from the transport service stating the date of receipt.
The buyer is to include his name, contact information and account number for a refund The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
The buyer undertakes to treat the returned or exchangeable product in his possession materially and in accordance with these terms and conditions at the risk of liability.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well-packaged against return. If the goods are returned, they must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Upon request, the buyer must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit.
Shipping and delivery costs
After you place your order for fine art prints, our customer service will investigate day rates for the best possible shipping offers and communicate these with buyers.
Delivery takes about 7-23 workdays. Our standard policy is to ship your art safely in speciality packaging, insured and delivered to the address of your choice. Shipping cost is usually determined by the weight and dimensions of the package. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Unframed prints are shipped rolled.
Damaged Fine Art Prints
In the event the buyer notices any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel the order until the product has been sent to the buyer and a written delivery notification has been sent to the buyer. Notice of cancellation must be made clearly in a written statement to our email: enquiry@ helphoto.com
Once the work has been sent to the buyer, the provisions of the exchange and return right below apply. Please note that fine art prints with custom framing as well as unframed fine art prints are excluded from the right to cancellation, as they are custom-produced to the buyer’s individual specifications. Custom products are excluded from the right to cancel according to Chapter 6, Section 16, Clause 3 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Moreover, Helphoto reserves the right to claim compensation for damage caused by cancellation, such as unnecessary manufacturing costs, in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Helphoto Productions Ltd reserves the right to take action on the purchase price, any additional clearing and settlement to cover transport costs and any further damages.
